26 October, is the most unproductive day of the year!

Love your workplace

According to new research, today, 26 October, is the most unproductive day of the year.

The clocks go back and UK workers’ morale hits a low as the dark evenings draw in.

The study – conducted by the Canary Island Tourism board – suggests that a massive 52 percent of us will struggle to get to grips with our workload today.   Although the good news is that 48 percent of us must be coping fine… Having work that is challenging and rewarding, a boss who motivates and gives credit when it’s due, and colleagues you get along with all make for a positive workplace. And a positive workplace means high morale and individual wellbeing.

So, if you’re struggling to get to grips with the change in season and you’re looking for a workplace to feel good about, then maybe it’s time for a change?
