Just the other day I receive an e-mail from Mike Dillard about a very intriguing subject. It seems that the nations is headed for a real rude awakening and if you don’t believe there is proof and I would advise you click after you have finished reading this post. Now Land of the Free and Home of the Brave is basicaly our motto but check this out we have a Monetary System that is not in the lamest terms, majority of the veterans are Homeless, and according to the Department of Labor 31 million people are currently unemployed. Now you are probably wondering why am I repeating a lot of this stuff you have already heard before. The thing is well I hear about of people say their are wrong people for your business, but they a system so sweet that a Homeless person can use it right. Then we have this title that we promote “United States” ask yourself what that means to you as I keep going.
First things first The Fractional Reserve System is the monetary system and for this section I got a few questions I’d like you to answer:
1.Where does money come from?
2.How does The Fractional Reserve System truly work?
3. Is gold still backing our money? If no, then what is?
You find those answers then we will go deeper in that rabbit hole.
Secondly, majority of our veterans are Homeless, in correctional facilities, veteran hospital, and/or is on Social Security. Now I know this from personal experience of being homeless at one time and no I am not a Veteran, but when I was wothout a home I watch many of them cash their Social Security check and go to the dopeman before they get food. Then we say that is their fault they do that but they are the Brave talk about in our motto. But as marketers we can put together courses that change your whole perspective on your life and finances but they get a check and a lame workforce center when all are gradually going to technology. You stil with me now. What kind of Home is that for the Brave?
Thirdly there are as a right now there are 31 million people out of a job. Now you are probably wondering what is the truth behind why people are losing their Just Over Brokes (J.O.B.s) Well that is what I am here for to tell there are 3 keys to this dramatic drop in the past decade:
1. The Making of Profit- I learn this in fast food, if you are not making sales you have to cut labor and that goes for almost any industry except one that I know of. This also involved the cutting corners developing products. Ask yourself is the jobs of these positions starting with the employee they make the money. Next the Management watches over the employees, put marketing plan in motion while making labor/profits and watch over the money. Now it is the job of the Vice President to babysit the management team while the President is counting the money the CEO gets to spend. Just let you know if you have you are in a PYRAMID yes I said a PYRAMID. This evolved into point number two.
2. Lack of Product and Work Quality- What do these haved to do with unemployment you ask? Let’s say there a manger you know is completely incompetent for his position. This person cuts corners to make profit by ordering cheaper quality mateirals, not following all the systems in place, teaching new employees these tactics to work, and this person might the greatest budgets reports. Now if the entire team is not learning high level work quality from the people put in positions to do so the work quality begins to drop. This is what I call Lack of Employee Respect and yes this involves people caling off, showing up late, no pride in what they do because they never truly been taught the value in their job, and so many other reasons. This low quality of product and work ethic brings to results of Termination and Voluntary Resignation.(Quit) This lack of quality also brought another problem for people in the workforce and that is point number three.
3. Innovation(Technology)- Now let’s all these quality problems start to affect the profits then this forces the the CEO to find way to erdicate these problems the customers say the business has with it’s product and work quality. Then comes into copmuters to do a faster, more consistent and effecient, also cost effective. Ask yourself why do we have ATM, you can order pizza and Wendy’s online, voice dial on phones and many, many more. See now that technology is rolling it’s not going to stop. So more tech less human jobs.
So now that we have got through all that so what do we change all these problems. This is where I feel Marketers come into place.
First off stop thinking their are wrong people for your business, because you don’t want to teach them. All these same people that are not right for your business have made a multitude businesses successful directly and indirectly. Just cause they have been taught horrific work ethic already we don’t need to make them think they can’t own their own business.
Remember a one point in time you were where they are and didn’t have it all figure out. So we give all humans the same FREE OPPORTUNITY to do the same.
Secondly we should stop marketing with minds and our pockets because that is the same mentality that is destroying the workforce. We need to start marketing with UNARMED TRUTH and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for our prospects and customers. Become true “Knowledge Workers” and teach the ENTIRE World for the common Good of ALL humanity.
Or we are going to have homelessness at high levels, uneployment of ridiculous proportions, crime ratesescalate, and we know all the things that come with recession.
Are going to be part of the solution or continue with the problem?
